These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our official website and your purchase of all sofa furniture products from Dai Xu (Hangzhou) Trading Co., Ltd.

Website Use

By accessing our website, browsing sofa products or submitting an order inquiry, you agree to use our website only for lawful wholesale purchasing purposes. You may not misuse the website, interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized backdoor access, upload malicious harmful code, copy or republish our product images and text content without our written permission.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate sofa descriptions, product photos, fabric colors, dimension sizes, unit prices and stock availability on our website.

Actual sofa fabric color may vary slightly due to screen display settings, shooting lighting environment, and batch production differences. Sofa dimension measurements may have minor tolerance errors depending on fabric filling and handcraft assembly process.

Orders

When placing a sofa sample or bulk container order, you confirm all submitted contact, shipping and billing information is true, accurate and complete, and you hold full authorization to use the selected international payment method for settlement.

We reserve the full right to refuse, cancel, adjust or limit any order if we detect fraudulent behavior, high payment risk, invalid buyer information, sofa stock shortage or system data error.

Payment and Shipping Fee

Agreed deposit or full payment must be completed according to contract terms before we arrange sofa raw material purchasing and production. We cooperate with secure third-party international payment processors and will never permanently store your complete bank card or transfer account confidential information on our server.

International sea/air freight shipping cost will be clearly quoted and confirmed before order production, all freight details are listed clearly on sales contract before payment is completed.

Shipping

Order production cycle and delivery transit time are estimated reference values only. We are not responsible for shipment delays caused by logistics carriers, customs inspection, extreme weather, incorrect shipping address provided by buyer, or other force majeure events outside our control.

Returns and Refunds

All sofa return and refund requests shall be handled strictly in accordance with our independent Refund and Returns Policy. Buyers must contact our sales team and obtain official return approval before sending any sofa goods back to our warehouse.

Original international freight cost is generally non-refundable unless the return application is triggered by our factory production error such as damaged frame, defective fabric or wrong sofa model delivery.

Order Cancellation

All order cancellation applications must be submitted to our sales email as early as possible, and all requests are subject to the rules written in our Order Cancellation Policy. Once the sofa order has entered formal production, packaging or shipment process, full order cancellation may not be supported.

Intellectual Property

All website content including sofa product texts, shooting images, furniture render graphics, layout design, brand logo and custom sofa design drafts are exclusive intellectual property owned by Dai Xu (Hangzhou) Trading Co., Ltd or our authorized content suppliers unless additional written statement is provided.

You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, mass distributing, commercial reprinting or using our website intellectual content without our formal written authorization.

Limitation of Liability

Within the maximum scope permitted by international commercial laws, Dai Xu (Hangzhou) Trading Co., Ltd shall not bear liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential economic losses arising from your website browsing or sofa order cooperation.

Our maximum total compensation liability for any single sofa order shall not exceed the actual total payment amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the commercial laws of People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles between cross-border regions.
